Our Pricing
We charge on a "time and materials" basis. Our current rate is $84/hour and we are worth every penny! Indeed, over half our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Our customers are extremely demanding and cost sensitive. They have made us the fastest growing company in our category because they appreciate:

  1. The quality of our people: Over 99% of our calls are answered by our professional Customer Service Representatives (or remote call center when our office is closed). We do not use subcontracted handymen. Unlike some other firms, our CSR's and technicians are full time employees of My Handyman. Each of our technicians has over 15 years of experience and is a highly skilled craftsman. We typically have to review 5 applicants to find the kind of tech our customers demand. When you read our testimonials on this site, you will notice a common theme. We have great people who consistently give customers their money's worth.

We're amazed by what you accomplished in the laundromat. Thanks for all the time & resources you've donated to the New Outlook Teen Center.
Sarah I, Executive Director  --Exeter, NH.

  1. A higher standard of security: Let's face it. We live in dangerous times. Who checked to see if your last handyman had a criminal record? We rely on First Advantage the leading professional security firm to screen every technician. This includes the National Sex Offender Registry. We only hire techs that have no criminal record, are drug free and are law-abiding individuals. They are the kind of people you can trust to work in your home. It is impossible to put a price on our customers' safety and security.

On time and very professional. Great work! We're thrilled with what Andy did and would certainly consider using you again.
Doug H.  --North Hampton, NH.

  1. The hidden risks of hiring workers: Most independent handymen can't replace the table top they broke. You won't file a claim through your homeowners insurance. So, guess who pays to replace the glass top? Your risks are even greater when you consider personal injury resulting from "on the job accidents." You could be sued for negligence. What's more, if for some reason the work is abandoned, the cost to complete your project could "sky rocket." When you hire My Handyman, we're responsible for anything we break, any injuries to our employees, and for finishing the job. It's included in our price.

I appreciate you getting there quickly. The work was done professionally. I feel I can trust you, key for my business helping the elderly move.
Ruth H, Hawkinson Management  --Stratham, NH.

  1. The value of your time: Have you ever had to plan your day around a service provider who promised to arrive sometime between 8 am and noon? We know there are more productive ways to spend your time. When you make an appointment, our Customer Service Representative will commit to the exact time of day your technician will arrive. We confirm the appointment and we notify you on the rare occasions when our techs are running behind schedule. Our price includes the infrastructure required to protect your time. It is a new approach to this business that busy people fully appreciate.

I called to say how impressed I am with the expertise and professionalism. Great suggestions, great job done in a timely manner.

  1. Our guaranteed satisfaction: At the end of the day, you simply want the job done right. Over 95% of the time we do just that. However, we are human and when we don't get it right, we take responsibility for fixing it. If that means changing or adding resources, we do so without hesitation. We accept the risk and costs associated with such high expectations because it differentiates our service. In the end, this commitment to quality makes our business stronger by saving our customers time and money.
